Sessions are available face-to-face or via telehealth (online video call) from Monday to Friday.
We currently have a significant waitlist for therapy, with wait times of approximately 12–18 months. We actively triage our waitlist, so if your situation is urgent, please contact us, and we will do our best to respond.
We can offer assessment appointments with a wait time of around 3 months.

We are not able to provide crisis support or assistance. If you need further support now, please contact Lifeline on 13 11 14 or Beyond Blue on 1300 22 46 36. If it is an emergency, please present to your nearest hospital emergency department for assessment and assistance or call 000 and request an ambulance transfer.
